You will receive simple guided suggestions and prompts each week to support your own evolving methods.

Visual journaling is a creative practice where you use images, words, doodles, hand lettering, and other visual representations of thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can be a combination of a diary, sketchbook, scrapbook, and to-do list.  Anyone can keep a visual journal, regardless of artistic ability. It's a personal practice that fosters self-awareness, critical thinking, and metacognitive insight.

Bring your own journal and favorite art supplies; essential materials like paper, pencils, and markers will be available for use.
